Tour a Massive $25M Las Vegas Estate Reportedly Once Rented by Michael Jackson

Las Vegas is famous for giving iconic musicians a stable place to perform, known as residencies. But, what about the bustling city’s residences? There are many opulent homes to take in. Currently, a listing set on almost 16 acres and spanning over 110,000 square feet is up for sale. The Spanish-style sprawling estate located seven miles from the Vegas Strip is asking $25 million, and comes with some celebrity intrigue.

According to the Robb Report there are rumblings that the private corporation selling it on public records is tied to Jefri Bolkiah, Prince of Brunei. The estate is surely fit for someone of royalty. Another rumored tenant of the property was Michael Jackson, reportedly staying here briefly in 2007.

The property is about 90% completed, with construction beginning in 1997 but briefly stopping in 1999. A total of ten structures make up the property, ranging from the 37,000+ square foot main house, to guest houses and staff quarters. There’s certainly enough space for both work and play (seriously, there’s even a study pavilion), with interior spaces matching the lavish scale with palatial ceilings, intricate engravings, and marble finishes.

“What makes 99 Spanish Gate Drive truly special is its unparalleled combination of size, luxury, and history,” says listing agent Ivan Sher of IS Luxury. “This estate isn’t just a property; it’s a living work of art that captures the essence of opulence.”

There’s no true way to sum up every single part of this property in full, but perhaps the 25 bedrooms and 46 bathrooms can put the sheer size of this estate in perspective. From the athletic club complete with a gym, badminton court and full spa to the sprawling lawns, 99 Spanish Gate Drive is “more is more” to the max. So, who will make an offer, or rather, a bet on this opulent offering?
