Colorado Rescue Introduces Precious Dogs Recently Saved From Puppy Mills

Most of them will be up for adoption soon.

Puppy mills are inhumane commercial dog breeding facilities that overlook the dogs' health, solely focused on selling and maximizing profits. It's estimated there are at least 10,000 puppy mills in the United States. Fewer than 3,000 of those puppy mills are regulated by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, according to The Humane Society. Organizations around the country are focused on rescuing all these precious animals from the cruelty and abuse caused by puppy mills.

TikTok user @milldogrescue, a Colorado-based nonprofit, is just one of those organizations that rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome dogs from puppy mills. Every Wednesday, they post a video showcasing some of the dogs they've saved. The hope is to spread awareness and to get these precious fur babies a forever home.

Aww! They're all so adorable. We feel awful because they've already been through so much. But that's why we're beyond thankful for organizations like this one that dedicate their time to saving these animals.

"I want all of them!! I have enough love for all of you babies!" commented @amydawn96. SAME! We'd bring them all home with us if we could! @denisedcluvsicedtea added, "...I hope someone sees this and can take them to a forever home." That's all any of us want!

@trueamerican64 asked what several people are probably wondering, "Do they transport?" The creator responded by saying, "Sorry, we do not transport but we do occasionally transfer to rescue partners on the east coast. Watch our social media." Check their social media accounts and also the National Mill Dog Rescue website to find out more about adoption and when these precious babies will be available.
