Olivia Wilde and Garrett Hedlund will officially be back for more “Tron.”

The actors will reprise their roles from the 2010 film “Tron: Legacy” for “Tron 3,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.

“Tron: Legacy” was the long-awaited sequel to 1982’s cult hit “Tron,” which starred Jeff Bridges as computer hacker-arcade owner Kevin Flynn, who gets pulled into a virtual world called the Grid.

The 2010 flick featured Hedlund as Flynn’s son Sam and Wilde as Quorra, a computer program made human, who joins Sam in the real world at the end of the film.

“Tron: Legacy” Director Joseph Kosinski is also coming back to oversee the third film in the sci-fi franchise.

In a 2012 interview with Collider, Kosinski said he would be excited to make “Tron 3” only if “we could do something spectacular.”

“I’ve said it would have to be our ‘Empire Strikes Back’ for me to come back and for me to pull the whole team back together,” he added, referring to the beloved second film in the first “Star Wars” trilogy.

“I think we do have that idea. We do have the idea that feels big and really blows the doors off this franchise.”

While “Tron 3” plot details have yet to be revealed, THR reports that the movie is set to begin shooting this fall.
