THE HUMANE SOCIETY JUST PUBLISHED ITS ANNUAL HORRIBLE 100 LIST. 13 IOWA DOG BREEDERS APPEARED ON THIS YEAR’S LIST. OHIO HAS ALSO HAS 13. MISSOURI COMES IN AT NUMBER ONE WITH 31 CONFIRMED PUPPY MILLS.
