A "consultation" (emailing or Etsy chat) will need to be set up first so I can see what it is that you're looking to get and the level of difficulty on my end.

If I think it can be done, I will have you pay for the "Custom" listing and have you select what it is that you want and pay.

Custom orders may take *at least a week at most* and I will send pictures/videos of the final product if changes need to be made (:

Please make sure to check item descriptions as I list what things you are and are *not* able to change such as text PNGs. These are digital files, so you cannot receive a refund after purchasing, HOWEVER, if you run into any issues, please Etsy message me with your problem and I will help you!

If you still aren't able to fix it once I walk through the process with you, please send me YOUR TEMPLATE LINK to your new design you're working on using my template and I can personally fix it for you — hassle-free!

You will need to create a FREE Canva.com account! 99% of the templates I make will use all *FREE* Canva items. If there is anything that is Canva Pro within the template, it will be in the template description!

Please message me and I will try to figure out what the issue is! 9/10 it’s a simple fix, but if it cannot easily be fixed, I am always willing to edit your template for you. Depending on what it is, it will be an additional $3.50 (for IG posts, business/thank you cards, price lists, & certificates), $5.50 (for event flyers/invitations), OR $6.50 (for website stuff). If interested, please look under the “Add-Ons” section and purchase the correct add-on.

This isn’t something that has happened as a result of something I’ve done on my end, but something dealing with your email inbox *or* Etsy. An email always sends after an Etsy purchase, so it’s nothing to get too worried about! (:

If you can’t find your email from Etsy, go to Gmail (or whatever email service you use) and type “Download Your Recent Etsy Purchase from SoSimplyKai” in the Search Bar. The email *should* pop up. From there you’ll go to “View your files in Etsy” and download ONE file which will be a PDF.

You MUST *OPEN* the PDF and click where it says “Take me to my template” where you will be able to then edit the template you purchased.
