Due to the digital (and in some cases, personalised) nature of these products, returns or exchanges are not accepted.

If you have any problems with the digital files, please contact me. I will always do my best to ensure your satisfaction. I have taken the time to provide accurate descriptions for each item on this site. Please feel free to message or email with any questions you have prior to purchasing.

⚠️ Instant download orders (that are not personalised by me) are not refundable under any circumstances.

In the event a personalised order needs to be cancelled, prior to the design work beginning, a refund will be issued in full.

If, during the design process, you decide that you no longer wish to work with me, I will refund you up to 50% of the purchase price. Time and effort spent will be considered when I calculate any refund.

Once I have sent the file I will not be able to cancel the order or issue a refund.

You may not share, copy or give away our files to others such as friends, family or neighbours for another usage.
You may not sell our product(s) as digital file(s) or printable(s).
You may not resell our files as finished product(s).
