Beautiful vibrantly healthy fancy guppy trio. Arrived via UPS the next day. Each fish was individually packed in its own small pressurized bag and they did not even appear traumatized since the little bags fit so well together in the insulated container. Most impressed.

I was frustrated about the breeding pair dying because a heating pack was not included. I guess the seller wants you to personally inform them of the weather conditions. I was not aware of this. However even without a DOA picture they did offer to provide a refund without shipping or a new pair. The tracking number was provided right away and replacements are on the way. I should look forward to my fish when they arrive.

Request shipping day was missed. Message was sent that the request was missed. For some reason, they shipped the L600 Pleco on Friday. After sitting in a warehouse in Cleveland, Ohio over the weekend the fish was DOA. Notified the seller who sent me a refund. I then received a message of another fish being shipped. The next day the fish delivered in great condition (well packaged in a sealed box and heating pad). This is a seller that made everything right! Highly recommend.

Great fish! These little guys are beautiful . One thing to note, they're definitely gold rams, not Electric Blue like the photo. We did have a shipping issue that was no fault of the seller, but they quickly addressed it and sent out another group of fish. The fish were amazingly well packed, we were super-impressed! Based on how well they are packaged, it's easy to justify the shipping cost.

Excellent communication from seller, I purchased the Moscow guppy trio. They arrived very quickly and very well packaged. Took the females a few days to start getting their color in, but the male started getting his within a couple hours of being put in the tank. This picture was taking about an hour after going in the tank.
