Jack Sparrow Enters One Piece

Jack Sparrow.. my apologies, CAPTAIN Jack Sparrow enters the One Piece universe. His goal? Find the "One Piece" and get rich of course! So, how far does he get? Let's assume he follows a similar path to the Strawhats.

Jack Sparrow's gear:

• Black Pearl
• Poseidon's Trident
• Timekeeper
• His compass
• Pistol(lets give it 7 sea-stone shots)
• Cortez' sword

Run 1: Only knows what the Strawhwats knew during the confrontations.

Run 2. Has knowledge plus an hour prep for each confrontation.

Run 3. Has stolen Aztec gold and is undead.

He better find a devil fruit fast. What does his gear do? Never sat down and watched the movies with 100% focus, even though i loved OP and binge watched it. Johny depp just can't pull off playing a pirate to me.

@alphapunk: The items, or at least most of them, are from the novels.

Here's a brief rundown:

• Poseidon's Trident can cause storms, tidal waves, and basically ocean manip.
• Timekeeper allows him to manipulate time.
• His compass leads him to what he most desires(for the sake of the argument it can't lead him to the One Piece nor the Aztec gold).
• The Aztec gold in Run 3 makes him undead, so he can't really be killed by average means.

Grandline already does wat the trident does so that doesn't help too much compass is just log pose, and undead can be dealt with. Now what are the limitations or risks with the timekeeper?

Those buffs though................

If he learned how to use Haki and found and/or stole a half decent devil fruit he would be very strong with the trident and sword, especially at sea

The sword gives building level reality warping, and other things, the trident allows him to be able to summon the kraken, and cause tsunamis and earthquakes, as well as having crazy magical powers (it was able to bind an entire race to a handful of gems, so that it could completely control them) The Aztec gold basicaly makes him an unkillable zombie

So yea, if he found a logia, paramecia or mythical zoan then figured out how to use Haki and got a decent crew, he basically wouldnt lose to anybody pre Croc (he might lose to Smoker before he gets much of anything, but ill assume he gets plot armor)

If he knew about devil fruits, then he should be able to use the compass to find one, same goes for a Haki teacher

But none of that matters if he doesnt learn the abilites of the verse, he would get blitzed and killed :P

Depending on Timekeeper restrictions he could make it pretty far, he should be able to find a fruit w/ the compass so that's np.

@leo-343: He is getting really massive buffs. It wont matter if he doesnt learn Haki, or get a decent devil fruit, but he is basically a immortal reality warper per the OP. The only possible way to kill him would be to completely incinerate his body.

Yep, even from the first couple of chapters, characters move faster than bullets.

I do not think he can pass Cap. Kuro and crew if he runs to them.

@leo-343: If they just dumped him in the verse and gave him prep time and basic knowledge of the OP verse, then I could see him clearing to Croc or Enel (unless he found some god tier DF). If he has to follow the path of the Strawhats, they yea I would have to agree. He wouldnt get past Axe Hand Morgan

How strong is the time manipulation? That pretty much determines if he clears or not.

Jack clears with those amps

Amps are all well and good, but he's still about as fast as a normal person. May as well give the amps to someone in a coma, same principal.

Run 1: Stops at around Alabasta Arc or earlier

Run 2: Stops at Skypiea

Run 3: Stops at Skypiea

If we include the POTC books, then Jack could actually get pretty far especially if he gets his hands on a Devil Fruit and gets support from others which I could see him pulling off. He`s very cunning and he may act a little goofy but even that is sometimes an act.

@the_legendary_supersaiyan_hulk: He'd probably end up assembling a crew of people a hell of a lot more powerful than him, and take over with wit rather than combat. Unless of course you allow him to go through extreme training so that his physical stats adjust to the OP verse.
